representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any and all custom non-stock items can not be cancelled or
refunded after ordering. Stylin'Motors Inc. will make every effort to deliver all such items on time. Any statements about delivery
times are estimates and if delayed can not or will not permit the cancellation of any orders. It is the purchasers responsibility to
contact Stylin'Motors Inc. about the status of any order. Stylin'Motors Inc. will not be held liable for any delay in shipment of any
and all orders. Stylin;Motors nor UPS assumes no liability for the information provided by the address validation functionality. The
address validation functionality does not support the identification or verification of occupants at an address.
In no event shall StylinMotors Inc.'s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by
you, if any, for accessing this website.
StylinMotors Inc. also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your
computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to, use of, or browsing in the website or your downloading of any
materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from this website.

RETURNS
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized
return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise
that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns
without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the returning package and tag the item(s)
inside with your name and R.M.A. number. All returns must be received by StylinMotors Inc. within 10 calendar
days after the R.A. number has been issued. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or
refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and
insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photocopy of your invoice showing
the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number
where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size
and application of the parts before installation. All approved refunds will be paid by Company Check, Credit Card
Credit, or Account Credit, all to be determined by StylinMotors Inc. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all
authorized returns. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be
allowed.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS
This website is owned and operated by StylinMotors Inc.. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by StylinMotors Inc., no
materials from this website or any website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by StylinMotors Inc. may be copied,
reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. You may download material displayed on this
website for your use only provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may
not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the content of this website for public or commercial purposes, including the
text, images, audio, and video without StylinMotors Inc. written permission.
